At Vayuveil, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased during sale events or with discount coupons are not eligible for return unless defective or wrong item received.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Only size exchanges are allowed for eligible items.
  • To initiate an exchange, return the original product and request a new size via email.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for customized orders, innerwear, accessories, or any item marked as non-returnable.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at vayuveil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

6. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
